Communication & Confirmation

  • All inquiries, feature requests, changes, or payment discussions must be sent via email to receive an official quote and confirmation from my end.
  • While phone conversations are welcome for clarity, only email confirmations will be considered binding.

Changes Before and After Project Start

  • Any modifications to the scope, features, or designs before starting the project must be shared via email. A revised quote will be provided accordingly.
  • Once the project is initiated, any additional requirements or modifications will be charged extra.

Advance Payment & Project Start

  • I will start work only after receiving 50% advance payment.
  • The remaining 50% must be paid after the project is completed and before I deliver all the final assets.
  • Since I provide custom solutions specifically designed for you, all payments are non-refundable.

Nature of Service

  • All services and designs are provided "as-is" as per mutual agreement. Claims comparing features or expectations with competitors will not be entertained.
  • I do not offer pre-made solutions. Every project is tailor-made for the client.

Branding Rights & Usage

  • I reserve the right to include my branding on any project designed or developed by me unless agreed otherwise.
  • Projects I work on may be featured in my portfolio or client showcase section.

Customization & Updates

  • Any level of customization is chargeable unless pre-approved. Initial project payment does not cover future enhancements or updates.
  • Updates and future support may be chargeable depending on their complexity.

Limitation of Liability

  • I am not responsible for data loss, system failure, or any indirect damage caused due to the usage of my services.
  • Clients download or use deliverables at their own risk.

Legal & Jurisdiction

  • My base of operations is Indore, India, and any legal matters will be handled under its jurisdiction.

License Agreement

  • By purchasing or using any service, you agree to my terms and licensing model.
  • Redistribution or misuse of my designs/services is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Final Note

  • These terms can be updated at any time without prior notice.
